Originally from Sumter, SC, Cor’Deija Horne  is the creative inspiration behind The Avenue Events & Design LLC based in Columbia, SC.  The Avenue Events & Design LLC. specializes in design detail and uber-stylish social and corporate events. Cor’Deija believes the best way to capture the essence of an experience is through custom design and décor. She is dedicated to making every celebration reflect the host’s personality, taste, style and budget.

Just as top fashion designers will never repeat themselves from season to season, Cor’Deija works tirelessly to ensure no two events are alike.  Classic and chic, sleek and effortless, or bold and iconic is how she would describe her preferred design style. She believes live floral arrangements add an effortless elegance to any occasion. A few of her favorite things are black sequins, hounds tooth and leopard prints, the beach, seafood, and live comedy.  Cor’Deija is a devoted wife, mother of three wonderful children, sorority girl (Oo-oop!), lipstick lover and all around southern girl that lives for big city vibes.
